It also works the other way round. You can also deposit money into your Circus Poker account, using the cash desk in Club. The funds are instantly transferred into your CircusPoker.com account.

And when you try Cash-In Cash-Out for the very first time, we’ll give you a £10 Bonus on deposits of £5 or more. Bonuses will be manually added to your account within 24 hours.

CASH-IN

Depositing money into your Circus Poker account

1. Visit the cash desk at one the land based Clubs listed below.
2. Hand over the money you’d like to deposit and give the cashier your Circus Poker nickname and your registered email address with Circus Poker.
3. Please also present your photo ID and the cashier will send the money instantly to your Circus Poker account.

CASH-OUT

Withdrawing from your Circus Poker account

1. Go to the “Player Transfer” section of the “My Account” section within the Circus Poker software.
2. Fill in the form as detailed below:
   Amount: the amount in GBP you wish to withdraw
   Nickname: <the relevant land based Club Code listed below>
   Email: <the relevant land based Club Email Address listed below >
   Password: your Circus Poker password
3. Once completed, press Transfer Money, verify the details in the Pop Up and if you are happy press OK.

The money will instantly leave your poker account, and appear in the poker account of your nominated land based Club. Then all you have to do is visit the cash desk, present some ID and you’ll be given your money!

1. Photo ID must be produced every time you use the facility, regardless of whether you are a known regular in the casino. Please help us to make the process smooth by providing ID each time.
2. Cash Deposited into your Circus Poker account using credit cards is not eligible for withdrawal (Cash Out) in club.
3. Money originally deposited using Debit Card, Moneybookers, UKash, Neteller, Bank Transfer and of course your poker winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
4. Cash, Casino chips, or tournament winnings are all valid forms of deposit (Cash In) at the cash desk in the Land based Club. We cannot accept deposits by Credit or Debit Card or Cheque.
5. This facility is only open to GBP Circus Poker accounts. USD or EUR accounts cannot use the facility
6. Once you have made a transfer to the Land based Club, for withdrawal (Cash Out) purposes, it is irreversible, without visiting the Land based Club and asking them to send the money straight back to you. Similarly if you use the cash desk to deposit into your Genting Poker account, it cannot be reversed unless you log into your poker account and send the money back.
7. We cannot give you access to your poker account from within any Genting UK casino, on our equipment; you should initiate Cash Out transfers at home / on your own equipment and via your own internet connection.
8. The only person who is able to use the Cash-In-Cash-Out facility is the Genting Poker account holder, we cannot allow a third party to collect a withdrawal on your behalf, or to deposit money into your account.
9. £10 first time usage bonus will be applied to your online poker account within 72 hours of the first time you use Cash-In-Cash-Out.
10. All withdrawal requests will be subject to checks on gameplay and verification details prior to your withdrawal being processed. We reserve the right to refuse pay out for any violation of our general Terms and Conditions.
