Circus Poker Troubleshooting
We know some of our customers experienced problems when trying to upgrade the software recently, but we’re pleased to inform you that this issue has now been resolved however If you still experience problems here is what you have to do in order to reinstall our Poker client.
- Uninstall Circus Poker client:
- Go to start menu > All programs > Circus Poker > Uninstall Circus Poker.
- Follow instruction on screen until the un-installation is completed.
- Once the Poker Client was uninstalled, Download the new Circus Poker Game Client from our website at http://www.circuscasino.com/ .
- When the downloader finishes downloading the poker client, please make sure that the installation directory is as follows: C:\Poker\Circus Poker. If the installation directory is different than C:\Poker\Circus Poker, please click on “Browse” button and choose your drive C:
