General Rules

• There is no All-In protection if you fail to respond in time or suffer a disconnection.
• There is no ‘sit out’ option. You can however set your status to “Away from Table”
• If you are timed our due to failing to respond, or being disconnected you will be automatically flagged as Away from Table.
• Away from Table status means your blind is paid automatically and you will be folded at the correct time, to return to the game simply deselect the “left table” box.
• In the event of more than one player being eliminated from the same hand, the position is determined by the player who had the most chips at the start of the hand, If this is tied, any prize money is split equally.
• If the small blind is knocked out, the player who was big blind then posts small blind and the player to his or her left posts the big blind. The dealer button does not move as this would cause a player to miss a blind.
• In the event of the big blind being eliminated, the player to their left posts the big blind with no player posting a small blind for that hand. The dealer button moves to the player who was the small blind for the last hand.

Single Table Tournaments

• The game begins as soon as the table is filled. 
• There are no break levels in single table tournaments
• You may leave the table before the tournament begins with no penalty
• You may choose your seat.

Multi-table Tournaments

• Multi-table tournaments have scheduled start times, which are clearly marked in the lobby. Registration closes few minutes before the start time.
• You will get audible and visual reminders that the tournament is starting, seating is random.
• To balance the tables as players get eliminated, the software will move players, this is done randomly and it is expected that it will happen to you several times during a tournament.
• You can see the chip counts, the current players and the leader board in the tournament lobby.
• When there is only 1 player left to be eliminated before prizes are awarded, hand for hand dealing will be used to make slow playing a fruitless exercise.

Satellite Tournaments

• Single table satellites only have a prize for the winner, that being a seat in a multi table tournament event,
• If you win a place in a multi table event via a satellite, you may not take a cash alternative, unless you have won more than one place in the same event.

Heads-Up Tournaments

1. Both players receive a full refund

1. Eliminated players are not eligible for a refund.
2. Remaining players will receive a refund thus:
   i) Buy-in and fee is returned
   ii) Each player receives and equal share of the buy-ins from the eliminated players.

MTT Guaranteed Prize

The settlement is based on what stage the tournament is at when it is interrupted:

1. Eliminated players are not eligible for a refund.
2. Remaining players will receive a refund thus:
   i) Buy-in(s) and fee is returned
   ii) The balance of the prize fund is paid out as follows:
     a) 50% of the fund shared equally among the remaining players
     b) 50% distributed proportionally in line with the players chip counts.

Reached Prize Money stage:

1. Eliminated players are not eligible for a refund
2. Remaining players will receive a refund thus:
   i) Buy-in(s) and fee is returned.
   ii) Each player is awarded an amount equal to the prize that the next eliminated player would have received if the tournament was not interrupted.
   iii) Of the remaining prize pool 50% is distributed equally among the players and 50% is distributed in proportion to their chip counts.

Multi table tournament No Guaranteed Prize

Yet to reach Prize Money stage:

1. Eliminated players are not eligible for a refund.
2. Remaining players will receive a refund thus:
   i) Buy-in(s) and fee is returned.

1. Each player is awarded an amount equal to the prize that the next eliminated player would have received if the tournament was not interrupted.
2. Of the remaining prize pool 50% is distributed equally among the players and 50% is distributed in proportion to their chip counts.

NOTE: - CasinoPoker reserves the right to make manual adjustments to any payments in order to ensure that all players have received a fair settlement.

Tournament Disconnections

If for any reason a Player loses his/her connection, play will continue. Blinds and antes will continue to be posted automatically. A Player should log back on as soon as possible to continue play. Players will be blinded/anted out of the tournament if they do not reconnect.

Players MUST accept the risk of disconnection. This can and does occur. (Log back on and continue play as quickly as possible.) At no time will we assume responsibility for disconnected players regardless of cause. If a Player is disconnected during the play of a hand, they will be given a period of time in which to re-connect - about 30 seconds. If the player is not able to do so, their hand is folded unless they are "all in". If you choose to sit out, you are deemed 'away from the table' and will still receive cards that will be folded in turn. Blinds will also continue to be taken when appropriate. If you time-out or disconnect, you will be automatically marked 'away from the table' until you uncheck the appropriate box and re-join the game.
