- All rake and fees generated by Circuspoker.co.uk players will be refunded into player accounts during August 2009 in 4 x weekly payments to customer accounts starting from 6th August.
- Players will continue to earn VIP points during this period.
- The maximum value of Rake and Fees which will be refunded during this promotional period is $1000.
- During this time period any affiliate revenue share deals will not earn any revenue share from poker rake and fees from their referred players. Furthermore any other revenue share agreements will not generate any revenue share during this promotional period.
- If due to circumstances outside Genting Alderney Limited’s control or if it deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel this promotion, Genting Alderney Limited reserves the right to do so.
