We’ve come a long long way together...

Waldorf1 is on holiday – no doubt sharpening his poker skills and focusing his mind ahead of Adam’s (hopefully) inevitable path to the £100k main event in on 1st and 2nd November. So that means I’m writing this blog entry on his behalf.
Last night, Adam had one of his final training sessions. He travelled all the way to the Circus Casino, Stoke, to play in one of the finest card rooms in the country. They were hosting a qualification for the £100k and this was Adam’s chance to take a deep breath, focus, and put everything’s he’s learnt up ‘till now into practice.
All being well, Adam left the casino in the early hours of this morning with a spring in his step, a grin on his face, and a trip to Birmingham to look forward to. If not, then well…we’ll deal with that if it happens.
He got a pre-game pep talk from one of the casino’s sharpest players and then it was really over to Adam. Watch this space for an update…
