A Successful Weekend

On the back of a very successful weekend of tournaments, I decided to take it easy with a couple of sit ‘n’ go’s. My luck doesn’t seem to have quite run out yet, despite a couple of nasty outdraws, I managed to come back from the dead in the first game from just 200 chips. Though to be fair, aces twice in the space of five hands helped...
It seems frustrating when you hit a rush of cards in a sit ‘n’ go, as I find myself wishing it was the latter stages of a tournament. Still, I had to be pleased with an eventual second and a third in the next game, making it a decent start to the week.
I’m hoping for a continued decent period now, and hoping to make some strong tournament placings while I seem to be running hot. The bad spells always seem too long and too mean, (though in reality you always think this is longer than it really is...) so I hope this week continues to be profitable.

I had an UNsucessful weekend. Demonstrating to a friend how online poker worked (and after a few pints = very dangerous) i played three sit n gos and lost them all very quickly. I hate being the fish but it must have seemed to obvious to everyone else. I always say, play the waiting game, so i need to listen to my own advice once in a while!
Will, never drink when you play, and remember, you've got to be in it for the long run
