General Terms & Conditions

1. Welcome Bonuses (Slots or VIP) will only be given once per person, per household, email address, same payment details (e.g. credit card number) and shared computer. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play, bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
2. The Welcome Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other casino offer unless otherwise stated.
3. All deposit bonuses are offered immediately, should you not be offered a deposit bonus for whatever reason where one was expected, please contact our customer service team BEFORE wagering any funds or we will not be able to credit you with the expected bonus as we are unable to credit bonuses retrospectively.
4. All wagers made in the casino will use the player’s deposited money before the bonus balance.
5. Only wagers made on real money casino games will contribute towards the wagering requirement.

7. Wagering requirements and qualifying games are displayed for each specific relevant Welcome Bonus via their terms and conditions. Any variation of Baccarat, Blackjack Surrender, Blackjack Switch, Pontoon, Sic Bo, Video Poker Double Up, Wild Viking, Craps, Heads or Tails, Bonus Bowling, Derby Day, Dice Twister, Jackpot Darts or Spin a Win do not count towards the wagering requirement of any Welcome Bonus.
8. Where any part of the bonus funds are used on any of the excluded games above (or within an individual bonus), the entire bonus and any winnings attributable to it may be forfeited.
9. In the event that a withdrawal is requested prior to the necessary wagering requirements being met all bonus and winnings attributable to that account will be lost.
10. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
11. The casino reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and it is your responsibility to periodically check here for changes and updates.
12. Any player found to be participating in strategies deemed as abusive by the casino will have their bonuses cut and their account closed.

Customer Loyalty Bonuses

1. Player Loyalty bonuses are offered to customers who regularly play with the casino, offering these bonuses is by management discretion.
2. The Loyalty Bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other casino offer unless otherwise stated.
3. All wagers made in the casino will use the player’s deposited money before the bonus balance.
4. Only wagers made on real money casino games will contribute towards the wagering requirement.

6. There is a twenty times deposit plus bonus wagering requirement attached to Customer Loyalty Bonuses. All slot games contribute 100% towards this wagering, all versions of Roulette and Caribbean poker contribute 50%, and all other games excluding Craps, Sic Bo, Pontoon, Blackjack Surrender and Blackjack Switch contribute 25%.
