Tequila Poker
Tequila Poker is an exciting new variation on poker that lets the player either bet on a poker hand or the total number of points. By combining elements of five-card poker and Blackjack, it lends an interesting twist to the regular game, does not involve any side bets, and best of all, does not require drinking any Tequila!
How to Play
After making your initial bet, four cards will be dealt, and you must add up the points total of these cards and then choose whether to play High Tequila, Tequila Poker, or fold. If you choose to play either game, a second bet equal to your Ante bet must be wagered. If you choose to fold, you will only lose your Ante bet.
Tequila Poker
If you chose to play Tequila Poker, two more cards are dealt and the cards are rearranged to so that the first five cards make up your best hand. If your cards make up a Poker hand that is at least a pair of Aces, you win even money on the Ante bet; and your main bet pays according to the House’s paytable. If you do not have a winning hand, you lose your bets and the round is over.
High Tequila
In High Tequila, your lowest card is disregarded and the points total is made up of your five highest cards. You score face value for number cards, 10 for picture cards and the Ace is always counted as 11. The cards must make up a point total of 46 or more to win. If you get a winning hand, your Ante bet pays even money, and your main bet pays according to the paytable.
