Sic Bo is an exciting dice game which originated in China, but is now played worldwide. If you fancy craps, but find the rules and betting variations a little daunting, Sic Bo is a good place to start.

How to Play

Playing Sic Bo is simple – you bet on the outcome of a roll of three dice. Possible outcomes include single die numbers, two-of-a-kinds, three-of-a-kinds, or combinations of any two/three dice.

How to Win

The dice are rolled and if the result you bet on does appear, you win; if it does not, you lose your bet. Winning pay-offs range from 1:1 for one of a kind, to 180:1 for a particular threesome. The most common bets are Big (the sum total of the three dice being 11 to 17) and Small (total 4 to 10). Other bets are on specific three-number sums, two-number combinations, or on single-number bets.
