Progressive Blackjack

Progressive Blackjack is a way of playing Blackjack that allows a player to take advantage of that elusive mistress of gaming – the winning streak. In each hand you can make an additional side bet with the chance of winning a payout or even the jackpot.

How to Play

The general play of Progressive Blackjack is the same - a game between a player and a dealer where the player aims to have a hand of 21 or closer to 21 than the dealer’s hand. The dealer hits on 16 or less and stands on 17 or higher.

The values of the cards are the same as in common Blackjack.

Progressive Blackjack variant includes an extra bet per hand, which gives the player the chance to win an additional special jackpot. A bet is for each original hand, you do not get two if you split a hand. Each player in Progressive Blackjack can play 5 hands at the same time.

How to Win

The key card in Progressive Blackjack is the Ace. Gameplay remains the same as in common Blackjack, except for the issue of the sidebet. If a players pays the side bet, he has the chance of winning the Jackpot or an additional payout. These wins are achieved by receiving consecutive Aces. You can win for getting two Aces of different suits, two Aces of the same suit, three Aces of different suits and three Aces of the same suit, each with payouts ranging from 25 times your side bet to 2500 times.

However, the ultimate prize is the Jackpot, which is won by receiving four consecutive aces. In this case, you can expect to win up to 50,000 times your original side bet.

With Progressive Blackjack, the more players and the more side bets, the greater the Jackpot, as a portion of each side bet gets added to the Jackpot.
