Las Vegas nightclub owners file for bankruptcy

Owners of a nightclub and lounge on the strip in Las Vegas have filed for bankruptcy protection.
The Associated Press reports Prive Vegas LLC and PVPH LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in court in Florida last Wednesday.
They stated they wish to keep the Prive and Living Room nightclubs open at the Planet Hollywood casino resort.
A judge ruled the club employees could receive pay and benefits.
Prive closed in July after its liquor licence was taken away. A month later new owners came in to re-open it and the site now runs under a 90-day licence.
