Wynn forges ahead in Macau

Steve Wynn, millionaire investor in real estate, has made a tangible move into Macau with an extension of a Wynn casino in the area.

He has opened up a boutique hotel as an extension of his Wynn Macau property, which means that he now has a $600 million addition to the unit.

He has added a relatively small amount of tables to the unit, with only around twenty new tables being fitted, telling CasinoGamingStock.net that the development is about ‘non-casino stuff’.

The entire project is now being aimed at the more exclusive players of gambling tables, with four 7,000 foot villas being one of the main features of the complex, as well as a table total of 60.

Steve Wynn has also hinted at the possibility of him moving ahead with larger investments as the year progresses, adding much needed growth to the Macau area with regards to real estate.

He is looking at opening a new casino on a 52 acre plot in Macau, with the final build to be located on the Cotai Strip area.

His aim is to have this new casino opening next year.
