Could Carl do it online?

Carl Icahn has just bought the Tropicana resort in Atlantic City, and already he’s making plans to turn it into a bit of a major concern. The resort has had some bad times recently as regards the quality of what goes on behind its doors. But Icahn is stepping up the game a little, and pushing his new staff to bring the very best in entertainment and gaming to the public.
They’ve signed up some big names already for the entertainment side. On top of this he is sure to add to the table game offering, so that the resort can capitalise on the momentum created in the media by his taking over the show.
It is events like this that make gambling worthwhile. Big billionaires taking over casinos and making them into super resorts that cater for all tastes is great because it tells the rest of the world that casinos are flourishing, even while other industries are dying a death.
Now, imagine if Carl Icahn recognised the true potential behind online gambling, and poured some of his billions into online casinos. The mind boggles.
