Lottery UK launches casino services

The UK's Lottery.co.uk has said it will offer a whole range of new online games including cash jackpots worth over £1 million.
Swiss Press reports the new games have been developed by software firm Crytologic and feature graphics, animations and sound effects, plus a free try option so players can get used to the service without paying first.
On offer are traditional favourites like roulette and blackjack, plus online slots for the site, the most popular independent lottery portal in the UK.
Swiss Press adds that there is also the Bejewelled puzzle game which gets players to match coloured jewels for prizes. There are also 3D offerings including Jenga and Cubis.
Quoted by Swiss Press, Lottery.co.uk spokesman Sam Weren said: "We wanted to give our visitors some new opportunities to win potentially life-changing sums of money and have fun at the same time,
"There are more than 50 games available right now, and even more will be added in the future. We can't wait to congratulate our first big winner."
Also available are applications for iPhone owners offering free access to the EuroMillions lottery.
