Bulgaria has welcomed a new entertainment centre run by the partnership of Merkur Casino and Casino Technology.
Palms Merkur Casino has opened in Plovdiv and has 48 gaming positions including electronic roulette.
Inter Game Online says Plovdiv has 376,000 residents, making it Bulgaria's second-biggest city.
The new arcade, done in a casino style, covers 320 square metres.
It comes off the back of the company opening another venue in Ostrava, in the Czech Republic.
Based in the east of the Czech Republic, near the border with Poland and Slovakia, this facility covers 233 square metres and has 45 gaming positions, among them 'Games Unlimited' from Merkur Gaming.
Merkur Casino is the pan-European arcade operator of the Gauselmann Group.
